We had a great experience at Big Yellow Storage Kings Cross. They have made everything as smooth as possible, particularly given that we needed to move in during their extended hours. The app made accessing our unit really easy and when we did encounter an issue, Store Manager Joe was a life-saver and ensured we could complete our move in that evening.
