Shout out Chris and Natalie, very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered my queries and set me up with storage that met my needs for the time needed. Upfront with the costs involved which I appreciate! I sent up my storage in a hybrid manner. Came in store, had a look around. Then checked in online using their digital id verification platform ! And then back in store to finalise the contracts. I’m old fashioned and prefer enquiring in person!

Chris is the best person to help you with your storage. Amazing customer service and always manages to go the extra mile. Have used this storage many times, and whether i was downshifting or upshifting, he was always transparent with pricing and incredibly helpful. Honestly, take the stress from you. Would highly recommend.

Natalie was very welcoming and professional with a warm smile once I entered the reception which gives me a satisfying and confidence for choosing the Big Yellow Storage in Kingston. The rooms are clean and hallways bright and the whole process of checking in took less time than I thought, highly recommended!
