I'm very impressed with the facilities at Big Yellow, Kingston..The loading bay is excellent and roofed. The app is easy to use. Both Natalie and Chris were extremely helpful and we're able to resolve any changes I made to my storage requirements quickly and easily. Many thanks to them both!

Very smooth process, made moving out of uni a breeze - kind and helpful staff, Chris clearly knew what he was doing and had my best interests at heart. Would definitely use it again next year!
