Good deal, and good service. However Kingston branch didn't notify Milton Keynes that I was checking in up there.
It does what it says on the box and receptionist was efficient and helpful
The team were very informed and helpful with all information that they provided

Dion was extremely friendly and helpful when I turned up to enquire with my 2 young children. Very informative and although my husband was insisting we used Shurguard (who we've used before) I was impressed with the customer service and facilities and Big Yellow.
efficient polite and helpful service from Dion Marshall and Ryan. The reception area was well organised. The storage facilities and lifts were very clean. Parking facilities were good.
The initial conversations with Sarah were helpful and the signup was all very organised and efficient ( again with Sarah), So couldn't have been better.
The quote is not a true reflection of the overall price. When we got there we found out there was a minimum length of time, - deposit to be paid, £3 lock to be paid for etc. A quote should tell you how much it will cost. Otherwise we wouldn't looked eldewheeer.
Both the people I dealt with..which were Dion and Sarah..were very helpful and knew what they were talking about
