Customer service was great from start to finish - everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Online check-in and then actual move-in was really straightforward and non-stressful! Melissa in the Kingston store was super helpful on the day. I dont remember the names of everyone I spoke to on the phone at the Kingston branch, but they were all great.
For many people location is important. Big Yellow is very close for me, for others this may not be the case.
I needed storage and Big Yellow is convenient.
I've never used storage before and was a bit apprehensive about it. Todd and Aaron were both really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The storage space is clean and well laid out and I'm really happy with my choice.

Checking in, document and ID verification and inventory update was easy and fluid. Melissa gave superb assistance. I was offered and provided with a cup of tea. Over all the process was A+. The cuppa was excellent. Melissa is a credit to Big Yellow. Kingston BY are lucky to have her on the team.
