Ryan, the member of staff on the front desk, gave outstanding customer service. He really was exceptional.

It was easy and simple, very helpful staff and the service was well explained.

So far the journey has been so easy at such a stressful time when moving house. Everything was explained very clearly and the service I received from Ryan and Dion was very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and I have been impressed with the level of security at the units as well.
