Glyn was great and provided incredible customer service (see, I said I'd mention your name). He was very friendly which certainly added to the experience and his approachability is something that I love in the service of Big Yellow. All my past experiences have also been excellent which would certainly make me more than happy to recommend Big Yellow to friends.

Staff helpful and very informative. Access to storage secure and easy to use. Although toilet was to be desired. Shame because store is spotless
