Exceptionally helpful staff

the man at the check in helped me sort everything out so easily, was really supportive and made me feel at ease through what i thought was going to be a confusing and stressful process. he was well mannered and explained everything well.

Sam was incredibly friendly and we felt valued as customers, he was also very helpful with all the information we needed! We walked away with a smile on our faces :)

It was really easy finding a trolly to move my stuff and the alarm system makes storing feel much safer. The variety of room sizes is also great and suits specific requirements for each person. The environment felt clean and friendly as well.
