well, the aanymanVan 2 staff men didnt read the details of job properly with correct Picup Details and the Delivery hence a cickup, not deliberate im sure, but inconvenient, i had to say 8 times the pickup address and the Delivery Address through 4 fone calls the initial informing of who the removal firm was text message dudnt give Marks Assigned Driver Tel Non. And i had to guess it from my fone log of calls confusion and delay please ensure drivers Tel No.s are included in initial email from big storage ie the Job DAetails email, i think. thanks
