Great service

Cause the staff of big yellow is so nice and friendly, and I also really satisfied with the quality of the service there

staff were very helpful and explained how the process works and the flexiblities as and when we need to either reduce the size of the storage box or to terminate.

Very helpful staff

The staff were very friendly. However, I was told I would receive a 15sq foot unit. The unit I got 34K was a lot smaller. It may have been 15ft high but certainly not in depth. Consequently, I couldn't fit everything in which rather defeats the point in booking a unit at all, however polite and friendly the staff may have been. So overall I do not feel the service I paid for has been provided.

They were great. Lock up was quite far away though

pleasant staff, very helpful - this was short notice and the staff were helpful and understanding. made all this very easy and 8 weeks discount is a bonus!
