It's the 2nd time iv used big yellow and both times its been hassle free, friendly staff, and I like the fact I can use the storage for as long or more to the point,as short, as I need it. I'm not tied into long contracts
Swift and easy online booking system, check-in was simple and quick. When we arrived at the unit, the lady checking us in and taking payment was very polite, friendly and helpful. The units are clean and seem very safe. We're very happy with the service we received.
Helpful staff and very supportive. They gave me advice, information about all my options. Quote was very attractive and best of all had a great sense of humour.

Very helpful staff, personal, gave all the information I needed and on the day told me of another offer where I can claim transport costs back after 12 weeks.
Customer service was spot on by Beth however limited number of trolleys available and not everyone courteous of blocking door ways so struggle to get in as vans backed too far back
