Very convenient with great staff

Every member of staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The storage facility is clean, secure but with easy access for storers. An all in all positive expererience with Big Yellow Self Storage.

Overall the service was good, the staff were very good at providing all the guidance needed, the only thing that was slightly annoying about the experience is my own lock hasp was too thick to be used on the doors and there was no way to check this before hand.

We received a call just after I reserved the space from a caller who was friendly and professional, and who explained all the basics such as timings, opening hours, additional services and price. Prior to arriving at the site, and after completing the self-check-in, we got a call from Beth who was also friendly and professional. Once we arrived we were also greeted by Beth, who could not have been more helpful, informative and friendly. As a staff member she is definitely a credit to your company, and we would be happy to make recommendations to others based on our experience so far.
