Having recently moved back to the UK from living in America, I was unsure as to the exact date my shipping would arrive. Due to a number of factors, including adverse weather conditions, it ended up being delayed by around three weeks. The staff at Big Yellow were patient and understanding, and helped me to stay calm at a very stressful time. On the day my shipping eventually arrived, they could not have been more helpful. The staff at Leeds are excellent, and it is reassuring to deal with people who are calm and confident at what they do.

My experience at one of the Big Yellow self storage (Leeds) centre was wonderful in terms of friendly service offered by the dealing person, clean environment with good security for your stuff. The only thing is that it was away from my place of residence so probably more centre is the next step towards more success.
