the store, facilities and staff were fantastic. my only issue was limited time to access the unit.

We used the service while moving between properties the space we were given was great value for money and were able to store all of our furniture in them. The staff were extremely helpful allowing us access when we arrived when the place was closing.

I found the attitude of your staff were extremely professional & courteous on the two occasions I Visited. Also very knowledgable about the amount of space I required for my goods. With the daunting prospect of moving house, I started to research into storage companies, but only wanted a one week contract. Big Yellow was a clear and easy website to use allowing an accurate quote to be given instantly. I was unsure about the small print so used the online chat to ask questions about pricing and insurance to receive the best possible answers of very cheap insurance and minimum storage costs where amazingly you get the majority of it back! Perfect! Access was simple, and only short 5 minute drive away with very welcoming staff who explained absolutely everything and who you could have a laugh with too! Thanks for making moving house so much easier!

The building works at home carried on for considerably longer than origibnnaly expected, however I felt comfortable knowing that all my books and furniture were stored in a nice dry, clean and safe environment. We had enough worries without worrying about our storage facilities and it was nice to meet helpful people, as I'm not too good at rembering my password, Its a bit of a distnace for me to travel to,(25 miles each way) but that is the only draw back, any chance of any being opened a bit closer to home?

I was given a guided tour when deciding whether to use the Big Yellow and shown different size "rooms" so I could picture my belongings in there. They even recommended a removal service who turned out to be as efficient, reliable and good value as they were. When moving my possessions, staff patiently waited while I brushed my hair for the file photo. I receive an Email each month notifying me of my next due payment. cutting down on the paper trail. I would recommend the Big Yellow in Leeds to anyone.
