Very professional, David explained everything you needed to know and what you had to sign. Only just used this storage unit, so far no problems, and good value for money. I would recommend them.

The light in the storage unit was not working, actually light bulbs was not even there. It was quite difficult to do anything with out the light. The good thing is the fact the person in charge said it will be reported and done for us ASAP.

The gentleman who took me through the procedure was extremely professional and helpful. He made my experience very comfortable and stress free! Thank you for your help and well done on a great job ????
