The whole experience has been so easy to arrange. Really helpful and friendly staff at the reception, always with a wave and a smile when we're around. The unloading area, corridors and the actual storage unit itself are very clean, secure and well lit. We used this place when my parents bought a new home and were really pleased with everything and that is the reason why we have used it again. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Can’t speak highly enough of Rob, who handled my initial query and then the 2 amendments to my move in date. Made everything very easy and stress free.

Rob was very helpful, informative and courteous and made everything runs as smoothly as clockwork - he conveyed things would be in safe hands and i was convinced to make the booking!

Quite a lengthy process.

Everything was clear online. Once in store, I received friendly service and clear explanations.

Staff were knowledgeable but it would be easier to access all the information needed when looking online (for those with computer access). I personally found it too much information to take in whilst sitting at reception. I also was a little taken aback having to pay for a padlock as I did not recall the site saying you could not use a suitable one the customer brings in himself/herself. I may have missed this information when reading what information was available on your website.

The staff on site really very helpful my moving of the storage items stress free . Only a one thing On the day I could only find one two wheel trolley
