The young man who signed me in was extremely good at his job. In fact I commented to him that his personality was extraordinarily suited for a customer facing role.

Helpful friendly staff, clean and secure environment

Having not used a storage facility before, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Carl explained everything to me really well and showed me around and options of using other rooms available, but I was happy the one I had selected.

Karl was grate, Very welcoming and helpful with sorting us out for size of unit and with documentation
