Great customer service. Clean. Safe. Easy access

The staff were very friendly and gave me good advice as to what I needed. I was unable to complete the app. as it sent me to the wrong screen. Karl very kindly sorted it out for me when I attended and gave me the option of several units. He was extremely busy and took the time out to make me a cup of tea and was prepared to help me unload which wasn't necessary but he ensured we were okay with everything before he left us.

Receptionist, Izobel, was exceptionally good. Calm, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. Exactly what's needed in a stressful situation. Unit looks very good as well - not used yet.
