Spoke to Luke on the phone before we moved our things in and he was very helpful. On the day Alex went through everything with us and made sure we had all the information needed and made the process simple and straightforward. Both were friendly and efficient.

Brilliant. Originally ordered a big size room but after being contacted by Luke he identified I only required 100sqft which made a big impact, that the company didn’t feel the need to up sell unnecessary sized rooms. We were invited to come down and see which room we felt would be best. When we arrived we were shown 3 different size rooms, by luis who again was brilliant. He managed to work out a great price for a long term hire. We were kept up to date with what was needed prior to moving in and in the actual day. Couldn’t fault the guys
