I was given the utmost attention from your employee named Roxy, and in fact I checked a number of agencies and returned to your company based on my first impressions and attention from your employee. I was given the full details of prices and offers with packaging and the insurance details, coupled with explanation around opening hours and rules and regulations re storage which made me feel reassured. I chose Armadillo largely based on employee Roxy's selling the business to me in terms of safety and customer service and I would appreciate if these comments are shared with the employee. I will return to Armadillo in the future and will likely extend my contract. Anne King

Kind, courteous and service above and far beyond what I expected. I have to single out Roxy, Lewis and Luke for their diligence and complete professionalism as I had a particularly difficult day. I was greated with siles and a warm welcome, it was magnificent. Keep it up my friends.
