Richard gave amazing customer service very friendly and helpful!

David Reason delivered exceptional customer service. I was traveling across the country from Plymouth to Liverpool on Monday 27 July and my time of arrival at the storage facility kept changing due to delays on the motorway. He stayed open beyond closing time by 50 minutes to deal with my contract / payment and setting up the account on the app. Can’t thank him enough as I was handing back my hire car the next morning so I didn’t have the option of going in the morning to deal with the storage

Brilliant service

Richard at the front desk was lovely. He helped my 4 friends and I move out of our home at last minute notice. Richard was very informative and helpful and asking all our queries. We have had a lovely experience.

I needed to get something from my storage unit and I forgot my floor, storage unit number and PIN code, had Leah helping me who was just the best! She was able to help me sort everything out, even break my lock off for me and help me set up a new one! Was already having a stressful day and her patience and kindness was so appreciated! I can’t thank Leah enough for her help and friendliness!
