Staff are so lovely and really help you get sorted, the location is perfect too even if you don't drive (bus stops right next to the building that go right into the city centre). Thank you lot for everything so far!!

Amazing service from start to finish! Leah at Edge Lane was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. She went above and beyond to help me get everything set up and made the whole process so easy. Couldn’t thank her enough!

Went in to downsize our unit. Leah showed us one very close to ours which was more than appreciated so we didn't have to move everything so far. Easy transfer, Bev assisted with the transfer on the system and it took less than 5 minutes and everything including the price and insurance was explained clearly. Great staff, they were very friendly and couldn't be happier with the smaller unit and lower monthly cost.

Fantastic team at the Edge Lane store. Leah and Bev were so helpful and kind, as well as fun to chat to. Will be using Big Yellow again because they bring light into the day
