Friendliness of staff. The were very helpful and offered us coffee and tea and to stay in the warm office with them.

Lisa give me a really a good understanding of the building how much it was and how to use the key pad and how it all works cheap units for what I needed and its brilliant that they have trolleys so its easy to transport you stuff to the unit very well organized.
