The booking process was straightforward and when I arrived the staff made it easy to check in, especially Rocky who looked after us and answered any questions. The storage is also large and affordable.

Simple service with extremely helpful and friendly staff. We were moving out on Saturday to find we had more stuff than we could transport so we needed storage. Within an hour we had our stuff in storage. Big thanks to David the manager who was so efficient and friendly and was asking about our travel plans. Other female member of staff was also very friendly as we came to reception, just didn’t get her name to mention her here sorry!!

The receptionist ( Roxy) who talked me through the process and paperwork was very helpful and explained the entry / exit rules very clearly , Roxy answered all my questions in a professional manner !

Roxy, Heather & Laura were very understanding and helpful during a very stressful time of packing up our convent. They took time to explain all possibilities and to show us the different sized storage. Nothing was too much trouble. We visited, booked and paid for several months storage a few days before moving the contents into storage.
