It was handled excellently!

it was handled well and when i went into the store was offered tea coffee and all questions answered, the team at big yellow where very helpful

The staff were awesome, nothing was a problem at all & they couldn’t do enough for me.. from start to a speedy finish was so chilled considering we were storing a huge amount! and the young lady I dealt with was so lovely, I work within a sales environment and dealing with BYSS was a 5 ***** service great work ?? ? as we could not give any definite dates for our move at the time of booking storage and we later had to alter the dates we had given,all the staff inc Luke were really helpful.
