very friendly explained everything in detail felt very happy with the whole experience from the first phone call up to completion of the booking by David

The insurance cost was pricey. I wouldn't buy any boxes or padlocks etc again as you charge way more than diy stores do. Also a bit disappointed in extra charges for out of hours access. Having one member of staff on duty was very frustrating on Saturday as it took over thirty minutes to get access to my store room. The space is great the. Holding is great and the staff were very helpful.

The lady I spoke to was friendly and polite and was able to answer all my questions. She was very helpful recommending removal company. She could not have done anymore
