The lady i dealt with on reception was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail making it very easy to use your service. She was lovely and very helpful. I think her name was miss sutton.

The customer service at the Big Yellow Self Storage (Edge Lane, Liverpool branch) has been superb.. He was able to address all my questions and helped me with good suggestions and great price.. Thanks! I had purchased few packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape etc) and storage for 4 weeks

Pricing is good for the size of storage space however the member of staff forgot to leave the room unlocked so we had to return back to reception adding time to the trip.

The Big Yellow customer service is great. Antony, at the Liverpool Office, was really kind and professional. He made sure I was well informed of all the steps with registration, reservation and checking in. He phoned a few times to see if I had any questions and helped me with a lot of inquiries, which saved me a lot of time too. When we arrived at Big Yellow, he helped us settle in and explained how everything works. He was also really polite and pleasant, which is a great plus always. So far I've had a great experience with Big Yellow, specially thanks to Antony. 5/5 Stars - would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Impressed with customer service, the size and space of the room for my furniture. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained clearly to me.

The insurance cost was pricey. I wouldn't buy any boxes or padlocks etc again as you charge way more than diy stores do. Also a bit disappointed in extra charges for out of hours access. Having one member of staff on duty was very frustrating on Saturday as it took over thirty minutes to get access to my store room. The space is great the. Holding is great and the staff were very helpful.

The lady I spoke to was friendly and polite and was able to answer all my questions. She was very helpful recommending removal company. She could not have done anymore
