From when I first called to the prompt email back the process was very easy and the girls in the office were very friendly and helpful.

Found the girl who helped me to be oppressive and not personable, and very loud, esp with security information. I think the gates at reception should be shut more often, but the roads leading in to the location probably do not accommodate any sort of a build up of a queue, even a few cars wld probably back up into traffic on a very busy road. Still, not a in a very busy location, so gates being open prob doesn't matter that much. Pub across road, kids throwing glass bottles...

The design of Big Yellow is really logical and as you would expect security is a top priority and has been integrated into the design really well. From start to finish the lady who dealt with us was professional, polite, extremely competent and a delight to deal with. Altogether a fantastic service.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff! They were also willing to help with removals contact. A great service!

I needed space quickly, and so visited the Big Yellow. I was guided through the system, given a quote (with discount), and installed the next day., Nothing could be simpler, and nothing could have been too much trouble. They even found a local van hire as I cannot drive. Well done

Loved the fact that you could check in on-line and complete your inventory on-line as well. Saved time when checking in. Staff really helpful and friendly.
