From the friendly smile at the door, to the secure and easy service. It was all quick, simple and a great experience all round. Hopefully I'll be using for a while.

i rented my house out,put all my thing in big yellow staff at edge lane liverpool so helpful.not sure what i would have done with out big yellow
Everything is very secure but that does not limit your ability to get things out if you need them. Customer service is excellent, with very helpful staff.
I have now used these storage facilities a couple of times and overall they are very good. The only problem we had was on the day of moving our things in there were not enough trolleys and also other people were unloading their vans and leaving furniture etc in the way of everyone else who was tryign to unload.
The staff at the Edge Lane store are very helpful even when I needed one to meet me at the store at 10pm one night. No complaints, just helpful with a smile. The store is very clean and well lit with good security measures in place.
I was thoroughly impressed by the nice modern facilities. My only "gripe" is that the floor of the room should have been swept clean as I was going to store expensive furniture. By way of suggestion, perhaps you could in future provide "craft liner paper" for the floor to protect furniture etc.
The service of the staff in store was great. Any queries I had they would go out of there way to help.
Making the decission to box our stuff up wasnt an easy one but from the first phonecall my mind was at ease, the staff are fantastic and couldnt have done anymore to help with information tips and happily dealt with any issues that came up. I would highly reccomend the Yellow storage to anyone the place is amazing and for all your belongings you really couldnt ask for a better service FANTASTIC IAM A HAPPY CUSTOMER
Really helpful staff. Easy to organise. Good size room and excellent extended hours service.
