The best aspect of my experience was the friendliness of the staff. They always remembered me by name and were on hand with any help and assistance I needed.

We have run out of sufficient space in our current building to hold all our archives and resourses. So Big Yellow gives us an extra facility. Cleanliness, Security, Convenience and Flexibility are all important to us and we get all of those things.

The big yellow just outside liverpool was very handy to access, as its right on the main road out of Liverpool. The staff were very helpful and security was great. The storage was a little expensive but i had plenty of space to store my stuff over the summer holiday.

This was a really handy service - especially whilst there was a 50% discount on the price. That made it very good value for money. Really good for temporary storage with easy access.

I had never previously used a self-storage facility but after my experience, I will certainly use Big Yellow in the future should the need arise. They make the logistics of your move as straightforward as possible and I felt my possessions were 100% secure.
