i made two phonecalls asking for information about renting a unit and the responses from two separate members of staff were both informative and friendly. when attending the unit we were met by a young man called Luke who helped and advised us with the best Scouse sense of humour. he is a Star!

The usual excellent service from Ken,Dawn and Luke. Plus process for booking is easy.

Being a "novice" at this, I found the process made very easy and the customer service at the depot exemplary. Both David and Luke, who even made me a coffee, where incredibly helpful and explained everything I needed to know very clearly.

The online and service from the staff has been great. They were very helpful and the online check in made things easier. I'm impressed

Excellent service from Dawn at the Speke branch. Clearly explained the process, prices and different deals. This was very useful as although I had used Armadillo before, it was some years ago.
