The booking process and all other information clearly and well explained. Staff were happy to advise on requirements for boxes etc. Overall the usual good experience.

Good quality, very clean & tidy storage location. Helpful staff - but the whole process of becoming a new customer is a bit cumbersome & takes quite a long time. Ythis ios however a minor grumble - overall very good
