Pam made choosing a unit and checking in easy. She really seemed to really want everything to be right. She made it fun too!

Ensure the payment terminals are working correctly. A minor issue but delayed check in to a degree.

Fast and friendly service

Great experience so far. Every employee that I have been in contact with along my journey has been super helpful and polite. They have the right balance between friendly and professional. Nothing every seems like too much of an ask and they're always happy to accommodate.

Very good customer service, clean and tidy, plenty of trolleys etc. Office space is excellent with plenty of plug sockets

The team at Armadillo went out of their way to help me and my family at such short notice to get my goods into storage so that everything went to plan. I can’t thank them enough it was good organised team work along with the removels company management was very helpful accommodate us to get goods into storage

Helpful, flexible and efficient

Pam (Macclesfield) was brilliant- accepting our booking and unloading very late in the day and near closing time. She was courteous and polite and extremely helpful. Patient - after I lost the lock - and providing top class service. She really helped us out of a mess. Thank you.
