Clear, friendly communication with all staff. Delivery of personal goods actually retained on site by Pam for me, when delivery driver had not contacted myself as he should have done and he wanted to take them away again. So she saved the day and all went well.

From booking to arriving everything went extremely smoothly assisted initially by Steve & then Pam on arrival Pam went above and beyond to allow my removals team access beyond closing time following a 5 hr drive from London Thank you all so much
