Every member of staff I have encountered either at the location or over the phone has been exceptionally well trained in customer service.

Kara was brilliant and explained everything very clearly and efficiently. We've never used storage before so her help was very useful to us. We had our 4 year old son with us who was on the verge of causing mayhem and Kara and her colleague went out of their way to entertain him too. Brilliant service 10/10 would recommend.

As my this is my first storage unit I have I thought it is very professional and informative and health and safety and attention to detail .

Very professional website and physical location. Staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. Prices are reasonable.
