The team from the store was really helpful.

I was phoned by such a friendly guy who explained everything to me in so much detail. He answered all of my questions and gave me excellent advice. No pressure was put on me and he made it clear that I could change my mind about moving dates at any time. This flexibility was really important for me.

Extremely helpful staff at the Macclesfield branch - friendly, patient and made the whole experience as good as it possibly could be given that a house move is never easy

Alan was very friendly and accommodating - despite my last-minute arrival. He dealt with everything really swiftly - this was crucial because my onward house purchase had fallen through. Everything we had planned had been cancelled at the last minute. So we needed to sort the problem very quickly. Alan remained calm, helpful, and very friendly throughout.
