Polite and professional staff. Helpful in explaining what we are signing for and keen to provide extra help (i.e. discount code for removal van rental)

Very professional service. Now I apologise as I cant remember if it was Gavin? Or Gareth.. These Cloth ears I have! But he was very helpful and even found us a unit a little closer to the entrance. He pointed out the costings very clearly and we also purchased some bubble wrap at a the discounted price with getting the unit.
