Very pleasant staff. easy procedure (once the online hiccup had been sorted out). Reasonable prices. Good clean secure premises

I was not told about the deposit until payment. Disliked 2 people speaking to me at the same time, it was very confusing and undermining for the person who was doing his job- very competently.

Armadillo's service was exceptional. I didn't know how much space I would need, or for how long, and they cheerfully accommodated that. By check-in day, I had two rooms allocated to me, but my removals team managed to fit everything in one room. Armadillo simply refunded the whole cost of the unused room!
