I found the premises very clean and secure. Paul on reception was very helpful he showed us all of the fire exits, toilets, lifts etc. As a whole the company is facilitated very well.
Due to a reduction in amount of items to be stored your staff were very understanding and showed me some smaller stores firstly by the original reserved store and then to make life easier they showed me the store on the ground floor.
I felt i was given the best possible deal. I got value for money when i needed it the most, all my belongings are there. Paul was excellent.
