Good standard of storage and helpful staff.

Paul, the person whom " checked" me in was very welcoming and explained everything very clearly and concisely. He showed me to the room we had reserved, where the facilities were ....and even made us a very welcome cup of tea. Service indeed!!

eASE OF USE

Friendly efficient service. Gave careful consideration to our needs regarding the amount of space that would be appropriate to our needs.

We were looking for around 75 Sq ft originally but when your representative, Paul, showed it to us we realised it was slightly too small and Paul helped us to choose another option which had very little financial difference. He was very helpful, guided us through the whole booking and check in process and we didn't feel pressured into other sales which is really good as we have had this in the past at other stores and it is a major deterrent. He explained everything in good detail and knew it all without having to refer to paperwork or terms, until the obligatory script when signing up, which is expected. He seems like he takes pride in what he does and appears to be very good at his job, which is increasingly hard to find these days. Would recommend these stores simply down to the helpful and friendly service provided by Paul.

Very friendly customer service and Gareth Costello was exellent. He helped explain everything and got us all sorted. Unit was spacious and very clean :)

Very pleasant staff who answered any questions I had. Happy to change my unit to a nearer one without any problems
