I cannot recommend this yellow store enough. The staff are so wonderful and friendly and have been a massive support throughout my whole process with them. Daniel, Amber,Stefan and Donna are all incredible- friendly, supportive and approachable- absolute legends and I cant thank them enough. If you need to store in Manchester, I recommend them above all other storage units in Manchester. Staff are a credit to the company and this storage unit is five star. A personal thank you from me to all the staff- you made a really emotional move feel a lot lighter and your humour and kindness meant more than you can know! Thank you all so much!

Donna- after my online check in and quote Donna called me to go through the process and make sure I was aware of everything. Stefan- I was so delighted by the courteous reception shown by Stefan when arriving at Big Yellow. As this was an emergency to have my things stored and it was my first time putting things into storage. He explained everything to me in detail and reassured me that my stuff was going to be safe which put my mind at ease. Both assistants made the process and visit easy and they were both so helpful and professional I will definitely be using Big Yellow Storage again !

Great on store team, friendly and always accommodating, clean facilities and easy location to find. Very unique beautiful look to the building and the ducks on the street were a nice surprise!

the team were so friendly & helpful...& fun! nothing too much trouble, very informative & knew their stuff! they recommended a removal company who were also excellent Found me a larger unit when the original one turned out to be too small
