Friendly and helpful

Easy to book good contact throughout

Very straightforward to book the room and adjust at the last minute! Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and approachable - they made a stressful time much simpler and easier to deal with. Also, everyone was very friendly which was lovely. Particular thanks to Amber and Stefan at Manchester Yellow Box!

Wow! what a service, Stefan, George, Danny and Amber were all extremely helpful from the first. Prior to moving my stuff into storage, both Stefan and George kept in regular contact with me, which helped alleviate some stress from moving. We were able to reserve a 40sqft space 2 weeks in advance from when i needed it (despite me not knowing my exact move out date) this really helped me to prepare to move with the reassurance i had storage secured. The day before i was due to move my items into storage, i went to big yellow to check in. Thankfully on my visit, George showed me my storage space, and to my horror it was vastly too small for the amount of items i had. George was professional, and immediatly went about securing me a larger storage unit. This again really helped me to alleviate the stress of moving. On the move in day, the team were helpful reminding me the process with locks and codes, and reminding me which floor my unit was on! check out was easy, the refund for the weeks i didnt use was quick, and if i need to utilise a storage space provider again, i will certainly use big yellow. (PS the trucks for moving items are class!)
