The two members of staff were very helpful (sorry I have forgotten their names. One (male) showed me around and found me storage which satisfied my needs. The other (female) talked me through your pricing structure and was very professional and friendly, I was even made a cup of coffee which was completely unexpected I have already recommended your company based on the service. I cannot fault how i was treated

It's such a well devised system. Works really well, easy to use, online and offline. Friendly staff. Would use agin for sure. Thought it was brilliant.

Efficient admin process, friendly staff, clean premises. The reception area looked clean professional and uncluttered. Thats brilliant given the footfall of persons and also high ratio of goods being moved inwards and outwards. All your staff were friendly and helpful both on the telephone and in person. The company should be proud of that attainment.
