1) Warm, friendly and sincere welcome. 2) Knowledgeable staff who were able to explain in detail all areas of how the Self Storage Company works and to satisfactorily answer all our queries. 3) This branch was particularly smart and clean from the forecourt, the reception, the lift lobby, the lift, all the corridors we walked along and the unit we have now rented. First impressions really count. (We drove over to the New Malden A3 branch but didn't even set foot inside because of the tight and awkward forecourt and the shabbiness of the site in comparison with our Merton branch.) 4) Large and spacious forecourt with plenty of generous parking bays and very easy access to the lifts for loading and unloading. 5) Good range of trolleys available to use. 6) Availability of trusted and reliable removal service. 7) Comprehensive range of packing materials and padlocks for sale. 8) Last but not least we much appreciated the excellent customer service we received from our designated staff member Julia who guided us through the whole process with great professionalism, knowledge and patience. We also appreciated the help of her colleague Louis too. 9) Well done Big Yellow for training your staff to provide such good customer service and the thing that shone through was that they gave us their full attention and did not get side-tracked with other matters whilst dealing with us which made us feel important.

Convenient location great price, much better deal than other options nearby. And my experience at the Merton store was great, Julija, Melissa and Rahima were very helpful and easy to deal with - they made everything really clear.

It was very easy to get the space I needed and the staff was excellent

The two members of staff were very helpful (sorry I have forgotten their names. One (male) showed me around and found me storage which satisfied my needs. The other (female) talked me through your pricing structure and was very professional and friendly, I was even made a cup of coffee which was completely unexpected I have already recommended your company based on the service. I cannot fault how i was treated

Friendly staff, helpful customer service, easy to find & straight forwards access. Car park size at merton store is fantastic (compared to Portsmouth store)
