Had a great experience at this Big yellow, very hot day waiting for the rest of my colleagues to arrive before going to our unit. I was looked after very well by Josh C as he offered me some water and let me sit inside in the shade whilst I waited. Lovely man and a credit to your staff. Thank you Big Yellow. Kindness noted.
