Very helpful and professional staff for a very useful and practical service. Milton Keynes staff definitely.

Excellent service, support and professionalism from friendly, well-informed staff. No hidden charges or unwanted surprises. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Customer service was second to none and easy experience. Only reason why we moved was an increase in price due to insurance.

Fantastic and very friendly staff. Jason was extremely helpful every step of the process. Very clean and tidy storage facility. Great choice, would highly recommend to anyone with storage needs.

Very easy checking in and out, the ladies in reception are very helpful, cheerful and ready to talk you through patiently I highly recommend Big yellow storage.

Emma and Olivia at the MK location really were stars for me, remaining especially calm, friendly, and tidy throughout the whole process. I booked online and was phoned later that day for some extra details, which allowed me to ask niche questions and get some reassurance through a difficult move. I had to bring the move-in date forward which was simple and seamless online. My moving company were treated with courtesy and respect, and allowed to do their job without helicopter supervision. Late access was straightforward and extremely useful. Thank you all!
