It would have been a score of10 but when I saw the unit I had booked I realised I needed a slightly larger unit. At that point the 8 weeks at half price that I obtained online was reduced to just 4 weeks at half price "because of demand".
Friendly staff, clean storage
Because I get good service
Friendly staff. Value for moneyless me choose the size I wanted not like some places that try to get you to have what you don't really need.
You rang me throughout the process which gave me confidence that Id chosen the right place. I've never used storage before and I must say, the attention to detail, friendliness and overall professionalism was brilliant.
Overall Big Yellow provided a great service. The reason my score is less than 10 is because I was unable to get the level of detail I needed about the overall price in advance of check-in.
Impressed with the warm feeling when we arrived, and chilled vibes throughout the process
Impressed by the efficiency and clarity of the registration process. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Robyn had our application processed and our goods installed in a speedy and efficient manner.
