Overall great service. Phil was very helpful.

We were attended to by Mark and he was very friendly and extremely helpful in setting up our rental of a storage unit. He understood our needs at a very distressing time.

Initially I spoke to Phil on the phone. He was lovely and very reassuring and answered my questions. When I came down to the office, Jenny helped me. What a lovely lady. So friendly and explained everything clearly answering my questions with much patience. Showed me a few options but also assured me that should the storage space I chose not be big enough that there were options still available and they would assist me in the best way possible.

There had been a few hiccups with our planned move date into storage. I spoke to and met three members of staff and each one was amazing with their help.

Online process was really straight forward. The phone call from Mark on the Saturday morning was great as it reminded me to check in online, which again was a really straight forward process. When I went to complete the paperwork Jenny was really great, talked me through the process and showed me the excellent facilities.As happens with these things I turned up later than anticipated and Jenny was fantastic in that she waited after the closing time and let us unpack our load. Never at any point did I feel she wanted to rush us, she genuinely wanted what was best for us (the customer).

Excellent service when I recently arrived to use the storage unit, I was late but the staff stayed while I finished loading even though it was after closing time, I am really grateful for the help.
