Friendly staff and good location poor lift size and bumps into lift catch provided trollies. Anti ram bollards should be removable for ease of loading

Staff friendly, informative and very willing to help with suggestions of storage and no problem to show room sizes and explain how the system works. Found the information and instructions easy to follow and that storage was easy no nonsense and able to move items at our convenience. Many Thanks to Jenny and Mark.

Because of the friendly staff who helped organise storage for my daughter who is at Lancaster uni. Nothing was too much trouble, and Meg was so touched by all the consideration from staff when she took her things round to the storage unit when we were unable to be there to help her.
