The customer service of all staff at the New Cross branch was brilliant. The whole process was easy and very well explained.

Easy to use in all aspects: the website, the check-in and the ins & outs of the warehouse. Feels very secure and trustworthy. Friendly and helpful staff members - makes me feel reassured and I don’t feel I annoy them, in face they genuinely happy to help.
