Really helpful staff, really nice place!!

Shout out to Amy and kristoph (I’m really sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) in the beginning I was assisted by kristoph who made the booking process super easy and double checked my requirements. Due to being homeless and little money I didn’t have a lot of cash to burn for storage. I got back in contact as I was struggle to pay for food and storage. Amy was so helpful with these situations. Very kind and understanding. Which when you’ve got a lot of stress it’s exactly what you need. She helped me navigate payments so they could align with my monthly payments. Yeah she really went above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything - in a time of chaos you made things just that little bit easier. You star. Hope your knee is feeling better. Keep being amazing!

Amy and Darren are wonderful staff who have been so helpful to me over the last few months. I suggest and recommend this storage space to anyone looking to deal with reasonable and polite staff, also a very handy and spacious location. Thanks Big Yellow Lewisham Way!

I have been going through a busy time moving home waiting for a renovation to be completed. The team at Big Yellow New Cross have been the kindest, most acommodating customer service team I have ever come across. They provided me flexible quotes, helping with me unit sizes and answering any strange queries I had. I only have praise and can highly recommend this facility.

I had a great experience with Yellow Storage, and I’ve got to give a special shoutout to Chris for the service he provided. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Chris took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process smooth, and went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted with exactly what I needed. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the customer experience, which makes a big difference. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me confidence straight away. Overall, it was a stress-free experience, and that’s exactly what you want when dealing with storage. If you’re thinking about using Yellow Storage, I’d definitely recommend it — and if you get Chris, you’re in good hands.

I have just had the pleasure of being assisted by Aziz in securing a storage unit. Aziz was very patient in showing me multiple units as I am very particular. He was supposed to finish work at 4pm but was kind enough to assist me without the pressure of rushing. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and will be sure to recommend the Big Yellow Self Storage to other people.
